eTravelDeal is a trading name of STOURS I.K.E. and is registered in GREECE – VAT: 800654095 – MHTE 44944009349309093.  Main office is located at G. Seferi Street 78-80, Rhodes, Greece.

 

Our Service

We act only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf including hotels. When making your booking, our service is only to arrange for you to enter into a contract with the individual provider of the Travel Service. We act as the agent of the Service Provider, except where we state to the contrary in these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. References to “you” and “your” in these Booking Conditions mean all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them.

 

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that he/she:

  1. has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them.
  2. Has filled passenger details full and accurate (please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport)
  3. is over 18 years of age and placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
  4. accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.

 

Liability of our Company

eTravelDeal.com acts as an intermediary between travelers and carriers, hotels and any other services offered to run the program. It is understood that the eTravelDeal.com does not assume any liability for defects or unforeseen difficulties may occur in the trip or postponements, delays or cancellations due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances (coups, strikes, adverse weather conditions, wars, fires, hijackings, earthquakes, floods, etc.) as well as accidents, injuries, illnesses or organic complications such climatic changes, altitude, disease, poison, etc.

For theft, damage, lost luggage at the destination, eTravelDeal is not responsible and has no jurisdiction to resolve the problem. Finally, eTravelDeal is unable to predict or control effectively changes, delays, cancellations or for completeness (overbooking), scheduled every shape and is not responsible for them.

 

Responsibilities

The excursionists Passengers are responsible for the production of any documents and certificates need to be able to travel (passport, visa, identity card, residence permit etc.). Also responsible for ensuring currency and declaration and the declaration of valuables, cameras and other objects in the various offices. They have to be consistent with the program and should make every effort to smooth implementation. Not entitled to compensation for services that were lost on their own responsibility.

 

Hotel bookings

The activity indicated category of hotel used determines the classification of hotels by the official Travel Agency of the country where they belong. Recommended to avoid triple rooms which are normally double with extra bed and therefore less spacious. The price of half board or full board excluding drinks, soft drinks (unless indicated). When leaving your hotel, please note that they must first pay off any personal accounts (drinks, mini bar, pay tv, telephone calls etc.). The rooms received after 14:00 on the day of arrival and departure will be delivered by 11:00 (unless otherwise stated). Even if due to unforeseen difficulties, eTravelDeal.com is forced to change to another hotel of the same or higher category is not required compensation. Book a hotel is validated only if accompanied by payment of the total reservation with a credit card or debit card and after the user agrees with the general conditions of detention. In this case issued voucher, which the customer delivers to the hotel at the time of his arrival.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to proceed to a cancellation, it must be in writing by email or online directly through the system. Before the confirmation of each reservation, the system shows in detail the cancellation policy applied for this particular booking, which can be different per hotel and per season. Particular attention should be paid to Non Refundable Bookings, which cannot be canceled nor amended. If you cannot see cancellation conditions online through your screen, then General Cancellations Apply, which are as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 72 hours before check in, no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 72 hours before check in or no-show at the hotel bring charged 100% of the reservation.

To amend a booking before the start of the cancellation, modification can be done without charge. A prerequisite is availability on the new date and there is no difference in price. If there is a difference in price, the customer is informed in advance if required agrees to pay the difference. Any modification is considered as a new booking, with new terms and conditions, so original booking is considered as a canceled booking. In any case, the client is informed of the precise terms of cancellation / change before finalizing the reservation and must be accepted before making a reservation.

If you wish to procced to a cancellation you need to go to “Search Bookings” fill in the reservation number and your e-mail and search for your booking.

 

Booking & Payment

Confirmation of your chosen Travel Service(s) will be conditional on you making such initial payment as is agreed by us on behalf of the Service Provider, or payment in full, including applicable fees and charges. Your booking is confirmed and a contract between you, us and the Service Provider will only exist when we send you confirmation by e-mail on their behalf, which contains a valid Service Provider reference number (“ Booking Confirmation”). Please check your Booking Confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately where we will try to assist you.

We accept payment by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro).

Cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks and we reserve the right to reject/cancel your Travel Service(s) should your booking request fail any element of these checks.

Please note that booking requests can take up to 72 hours to process. A booking is only confirmed when we send you a Booking Confirmation with a valid booking reference number.

When you make a booking, you will have the opportunity to review/confirm all the details of the booking before making payment. Once you have reviewed and confirmed these details and made payment of the appropriate sum, we will proceed to make the booking with the Supplier/Principal.

 

Taxes

The local authorities in certain countries may impose additional taxes (tourist tax, etc), which have to be paid locally (e.g. at the hotel). You are exclusively responsible for paying such additional taxes.

 

Prices

We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen Travel Arrangements at the time of booking.
