How do I know I have successfully booked my holiday with you?
Once you have booked a hotel with etraveldeal, you will receive a booking confirmation email to the email address you provided. This can often take up to 72 hours to come through to you as we check everything manually before we send it out. This email will contain your booking reference number. If you haven't received it, there is a good chance it may have been wrongly identified as spam (especially Hotmail and Gmail addresses). Please check your junk or spam folder first before contacting us.
Can I upgrade my room or board basis when I arrive?
If you want to do this, then the best way to find out is to check with reception when you arrive as they will be able to confirm their availability for any room upgrades. Most hotels that offer All Inclusive will let you pay a supplement to upgrade locally, which is also something you would do directly with reception.
What is the difference between studios, apartments and villas?
We have a variety of rooms and property types available so that you can find the most suitable arrangement for your holiday. Apartments usually consist of a living area with kitchen, bathroom, and separate sleeping area twin beds or a double bed in each bedroom. There may also be additional beds in the form of sofa beds. Studios usually consist of an open plan living/sleeping area with kitchen, bathroom, twin beds or a double bed. Additional beds are sometimes provided as sofa beds. Villas generally consist of an open plan lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and private terrace or balcony. Beds will be in separate rooms and there maybe features such as gardens, swimming pools, plunge pools and Jacuzzis. Details for each villa can be found in the information page.
